UniCalc has no accounts and no database. What you type stays in your browser on your device. We don't collect it, sell it or see it.

What is stored, and where

When you use the calculator, the following is saved in your browser, on your own device:

None of this is sent to a server. It is not linked to any account, because there are none.

The app also keeps a local-only usage counter: how many times you have opened an app page and how many times you dismissed the feedback prompt. It is used only to decide when to show that prompt. It contains no grades or personal details, and it never leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. UniCalc does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or cookies. We cannot see how many courses you entered, what your grades are, or who you are.

Hosting and outside services

PDFs, printing and backups

PDF transcripts are created inside your browser. Backup files you download are saved to your device only. If you entered your name or matric number, they are inside the backup, so keep the file somewhere safe and think before sharing it.

Working offline

UniCalc saves a copy of the app on your device so it can open without an internet connection after your first visit. This is the app itself, not your results.

Your control

Because we don't hold your data, we can't recover it if it is lost, for example if you clear your browser data or switch devices. Download a backup if your results matter to you.
